This rug can be bought directly online. Payment can be made by credit card or via bank transfer. After placing your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail message confirming purchase. The total amount includes the rug price and shipping to destination, automatically calculated according to the country of destination.Shipments within EC countries include the VAT charge.On shipments outside EC countrie, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for applicable local customs fees.

The rug will be packaged and collected by the courier the working day following placement of the order. If the item is not currently available in the warehouse, it will be sent within 20 working days. On the day the courier collects the rug, we will send a second e-mail confirming that shipment has begun.

The rug will be delivered within 2-7 days to the address provided on the order form. You are advised to provide one or more contact telephone numbers to facilitate delivery by the courier.The goods are insured during transport, you are therefore not liable in the event of loss or damage.

The rug is wrapped in a waterproof, resistant cover for ease of transportation. A transparent pocket is attached to the package displaying the name and address for delivery; also included are the receipt of purchase, instructions for reimbursement. The certificate of authenticity is attached to the back of the rug. To receive an invoice, please provide your VAT details when completing the order form online and an invoice will be shipped togethere with the rug.
